This is a ceramic figurine decanter of Doc Holliday in frontier clothes, standing beside a whiskey barrel marked with the WWS monogram. It is hand-painted and is a 2026 re-issue of the earlier 'V2 KY 6YR' figurine, in a limited edition.
Inside the 70cl figurine is 6 year old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, amber in colour.
The nose offers vanilla bean, toasted oak, caramelised brown sugar, dried cherry and baking spice. The palate is full-bodied, with toffee, roasted nuts, charred oak, dark chocolate, cinnamon and a touch of leather. The finish is long and warming, with sweet oak, clove and a little smokiness.
