Doc Holliday Aged 12 Years Tawny Port Finished Single Barrel Bourbon (75cl, 54%)

This is a 12 year old Kentucky Straight Bourbon from Doc Holliday, a single barrel edition finished in Tawny Port casks. It is bottled at 54% ABV (108 proof) in a 750ml bottle by World Whiskey Society Co. of Pendergrass, Georgia. The bourbon first matures for 12 years in Kentucky, then spends additional time in carefully selected Tawny Port casks. Because each bottle comes from a single barrel, individual barrels may vary slightly. The flavours include dark cherry, blackberry compote, caramelised brown sugar, vanilla bean, toasted oak and warming baking spices.
