Doc Holliday Huckleberry is a flavoured American whiskey, bottled at 35% ABV (70 proof). It is a limited edition in the Doc Holliday series, made with fresh huckleberries and carrying vintage-style artwork as a tribute to the gunslinger. It was crafted and bottled by World Whiskey Society Co. in Georgia.
The mash bill is 51% corn, 45% wheat and 4% malted barley.
The nose is bright huckleberry jam, vanilla bean and light oak. The palate offers juicy berries, sweet corn, warm spice and mellow wheat, and the finish is smooth, with lingering fruit and a touch of caramel.
