Doc Holliday 'I'm Your Huckleberry' is a limited edition flavoured whiskey in a 75cl bottle. It is the first flavoured edition in the Doc Holliday series, named after a catch phrase of Doc Holliday himself. The master blender combined a classic whiskey profile with the sweet, tart taste of fresh huckleberries, and a bourbon base shows through underneath. The nose is bright, tart huckleberry with wild berry jam, soft vanilla and light oak. On the palate, juicy, slightly tangy huckleberry meets deeper berry sweetness and a toasty, lightly honeyed graham cracker note. The finish is smooth and medium in length, with berry, vanilla cream and a faint oak spice.
