Doc Holliday Straight Flush Release is a 23 year old Kentucky straight bourbon, named after the gambler and gunslinger of the American frontier. It is bottled at 48% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The bourbon is matured in double oak and comes as a single barrel, limited-edition release.
The nose is rich with caramel, vanilla bean, dark cherry, toasted oak, leather and baking spice. On the palate come butterscotch, honeyed oak, dark chocolate, roasted nuts and cinnamon. The finish is long and warming, with vanilla, charred oak and black pepper.
