Doc Swinson's Alter Ego Triple Cask is a straight bourbon whiskey with a finishing process built around several types of cask. It is finished in two kinds of sherry butt, Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso, and in Cognac puncheons.
The marrying process ends with a long rest in ex-Cognac foeders. The sherry butts come from Montilla-Moriles in Spain, where the sherry solera pyramids date back to the 1920s.
