Doc Swinson's Garryana is a straight bourbon from the Exploratory Cask series, bottled at 53.5% ABV (107 proof) in a 75cl bottle.
The bourbon is finished in Garryana oak, a rare Pacific Northwest white oak that adds spice and tannin to the spirit.
The nose brings dark caramel, baking spice and oak. The palate is rich and full, with clove, toffee and pronounced toasted oak, leading to a long, spiced and warming finish.
