Dolce Bianco - Passopisciaro (50cl)

A sweet white wine from Passopisciaro in a 50cl bottle. It has measured sweetness without losing liveliness. The nose offers ripe fruit, candied citrus and honeyed notes that do not become cloying. The palate is soft and enveloping, with an evident balance between residual sugar and freshness, supported by sapidity. Full-bodied but not heavy, with a pleasant, not overlong finish. Serve chilled with not-too-sweet desserts, dry pastries, cooked fruit, soft cheeses or sweet-savoury dishes.
