Dolin Vermouth Blanc (75cl)

Dolin Blanc is a French vermouth in a 75cl bottle, semi-dry to medium in style and made with a wide range of spices and herbs. Its sweetness is less pronounced than in many similar vermouths, which brings out its nuance and spicy notes. Dolin is also said to use a higher proportion of wine in its vermouths. Elegant and floral, with a slight bitterness in the finish. It suits cocktails such as a White Negroni, and is also interesting served neat over ice as an aperitif.
