Dolin Vermouth de Chambéry Blanc (75cl, 16%)

Dolin Vermouth de Chambéry Blanc is a sweet white vermouth made in Chambéry, Savoie, from white wine and a recipe of 32 Alpine plants and spices, including hibiscus, basil, cinnamon, artemisia and Alpine gentian. Dolin has made the blanc style since 1881 and remains family-owned. The nose is fresh Alpine botanicals: camphor, then citrus, crushed herbs and wildflowers. The palate is silky and harmonious, with fresh almond, peach, flowering broom and elderflower over a bittersweet herbal mid-palate. Serve it chilled as an aperitif, neat, on ice or with soda, or use it in a Blond Negroni.
