Dolin Vermouth de Chambéry Blanc (37.5cl)

Dolin Blanc is a pale, sweet vermouth from Chambéry in the Savoy, a style Dolin made known well before Italian producers copied it as 'Bianco'. This is the 37.5cl half bottle. Dolin has made vermouth since 1821 and follows the principles that earned Chambéry the only appellation for vermouth in France, granted in 1932. The Blanc is fresh and clear, with a balanced sweetness and a slight vanilla edge. It is traditionally served with a sliced strawberry, a splash of soda and a twist, and it works in a Blond Negroni or in cocktails built on gin, blanco tequila, white rum or pisco.
