Dolin Vermouth de Chambéry Blanc

Dolin Blanc is a pale, sweet vermouth from Chambéry in the Savoy, a style Dolin created long before Italian producers made their own version as Bianco. Dolin has made vermouth there since 1821 and follows the principles that earned Chambéry its appellation for vermouth in 1932. It is classical, fresh and clear, with a balanced sweetness and a slight vanilla edge. Traditionally it is served with a sliced strawberry, a splash of soda and a twist, and it also suits a Blond Negroni or cocktails built on gin, white rum or pisco.
