Dolin Vermouth de Chambéry Dry (37.5cl)

Dolin Dry is a French vermouth from Chambéry, in a 37.5cl bottle. It is made from a delicate wine base and more than thirty Alpine herbs, giving a light, fresh and clean profile. Dolin has made Vermouth de Chambéry since 1821, following the principles that earned Chambéry France's only appellation for vermouth in 1932. Its style is the one behind the classic 1:1 gin and dry vermouth Martini. The nose is fresh and elegant, and the palate subtle and complex. It works as an aperitif, with raw shellfish, goat cheese or pesto, and in cooking.
