Dolin Vermouth de Chambéry Dry (75cl, 17.5%)

Dolin Dry is a French dry vermouth from Chambéry, made by a house that has been producing vermouth since 1821. It is bottled at 17.5% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The style is light, fresh and clean, built on a delicate wine base and more than thirty Alpine herbs. The nose is fresh and elegant, and the palate subtle and complex. It is the profile behind the classic Martini made with equal parts gin and dry vermouth.
