Dolin Rouge is a red vermouth from Chambéry, in the French Alps, in a 75cl bottle at 16%. It is made from a blend of white wines infused with a combination of botanicals.
The colour is crimson. The aroma mixes herbs and spices with a hint of ripe fruit, and the palate balances the sweetness of the botanicals with a subtle bitterness.
It can be sipped neat or used in classic cocktails such as the Negroni or Manhattan.
