Dolin Vermouth de Chambéry Rouge (37.5cl)

Dolin Rouge is a light, fresh red vermouth in a 37.5cl bottle, made in the Chambéry tradition of the Savoy mountains with over 50 herbs. Dolin has made vermouth since 1821 and follows the principles behind Chambéry's A.O. for vermouth, granted in 1932. It has spicy notes and a clean finish, so it supports the other ingredients in a drink rather than overwhelming them. It suits a Manhattan made with rye or bourbon, even at 1:1, and it refreshes a Negroni. It is also good over ice with a citrus twist, or alongside olives, nutty cheeses and cured meats.
