Dolin Dry is a French dry vermouth, well suited to cocktails such as the Dry Martini and the Manhattan. It is made by steeping a blend of 15 herbs and spices in Ugni Blanc white wine.
Among the botanicals are wormwood, brooklime, rose and orange peel. Dolin is said to use a higher proportion of wine than many other vermouths.
The aroma has lemon peel and a hint of menthol. On the palate come Alpine herbs, almond and lemon.
