Dolin Rouge is a red vermouth from France, made with 30 to 40 spices and botanicals. It suits a classic Negroni or Manhattan, and it also works as an aperitif served simply over ice.
On the nose it shows dried fruit, including blackcurrant, raisins and figs, with a light floral note. The palate is gently sweet and floral, and it finishes with a pleasant bitterness.
