Dolomiti 8° Gradi is a beer from Pedavena, produced in the Italian Dolomites. It has a bright golden colour and a creamy, persistent foam. The aroma ranges from sweet malt, honey and biscuit to dried fruit and light spice. On the palate it is full and rounded, balancing malt sweetness with a delicate hop bitterness, with moderate effervescence and a long, harmonious finish of fresh bread and caramel. It pairs well with roast pork shank, aged cheeses and cured meats, and can also be served as an aperitif. This pack contains 24 bottles of 330 ml.
