Dolomiti Non Filtrata is an unfiltered beer produced in the Dolomites. It is sold in a case of 24 bottles of 330 ml each.
It has a hazy, slightly opalescent appearance. The nose shows whole grain cereals, fresh yeast and a light hop note. On the palate it is well balanced, full and enveloping, with light bitterness and delicate fruity and floral nuances.
It pairs with cured meats and aged cheeses, savoury first courses and grilled meats.
