Dom Benedictine Liqueur is a French liqueur produced at the abbey of Fécamp in Normandy, from a secret recipe dating to the sixteenth century. It is made from a blend of 27 herbs and spices, giving a complex and intriguing aromatic bouquet. The nose shows notes of honey, citrus and sweet spices, leading to an enveloping, harmonious palate. Its velvety texture has balanced sweetness, with hints of officinal herbs, vanilla and dried fruit. It can be enjoyed neat or with ice as a digestif, or used in sophisticated cocktails such as the classic B&B.
