Dom Pérignon Brut Champagne Congrats Edition

This is Dom Pérignon Brut Vintage Champagne, made from a single harvest, with the word Congrats laser-engraved on the shield of the bottle. The engraving is permanent rather than printed, and the edition is a limited one. In the glass it is a pale golden colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The aromas are white flowers, citrus, green apple and toasted brioche. The palate has a creamy mousse with fresh stone fruit, lemon curd and a hint of almond, and the finish is long and mineral-driven, with firm structure and freshness.
