Domaine Boingnère Réserve Spéciale Armagnac (75cl, 48%)

Domaine Boingnère Réserve Spéciale is an Armagnac bottled at 48% ABV without chill filtration, in a 75cl bottle. The domaine distils in continuous stills that resemble pot stills, with six large plates inside. It distils to a low strength of around 52%, so the spirit needs no dilution before maturation, which gives a more intense, flavoursome result. Fruity toffee leads, with fresh grape, dark oak, green apple, pressed flowers and tropical fruit.
