Amethyst Rouge 2025 is an organic red wine from Domaine Boucabeille in Languedoc-Roussillon, made entirely from Grenache Noir, which gives it a violet colour. Jean Boucabeille set out to make a natural wine that expresses the grape and the schist soil of the vines.
It is fermented in stainless steel tanks and rests briefly on its lees, then bottled quickly without filtration and with no added sulphur.
Fresh, elegant and fruity, it shows cherry and plum on nose and palate, with soft tannins.
