A white Viognier from Domaine des Homs, produced in the Pays d'Oc region of southern France. It is bright straw yellow. The nose is intensely aromatic, with peach, apricot and white flowers, plus light vanilla and sweet spice notes from a brief passage in barrique. On the palate it is full and round, with surprising freshness and persistent minerality, balancing soft fruit richness with vibrant acidity.
