Domaine Dupré Chablis is a white wine from the Chablis denomination in northern Burgundy, made from Chardonnay grown on limestone and marl soils. It is pale straw yellow, with fresh mineral aromas alongside white-fleshed fruit such as apple and melon.
On the palate it has vibrant acidity and an elegant structure, with a mineral finish. It pairs well with raw fish and oysters, or can be enjoyed as an aperitif.
