It shows ripe cherry, raspberry and delicate spice, with light earthy and undergrowth notes. On the palate it is soft and silky, with vibrant freshness and a harmonious structure. Ageing in French oak barrels adds delicate vanilla and tobacco accents. It pairs well with white meats, salmon and soft cheeses.
