Domaine Tariquet XO is a traditional and highly respected Bas-Armagnac, crafted by the Grassa family since 1912. This expression is a meticulous blend of Ugni Blanc (60%) and Baco (40%) grapes, with the eaux-de-vie aged for an average of 15 years in fine-grained oak barrels. It offers a heady nose of dried fruits, almond, and quince paste, leading to a honeyed palate of prunes and "rancio" with a long, toasted finish marked by subtle notes of leather.
