By.Ott is a Côtes de Provence rosé from Domaines Ott, made from Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Mourvèdre. The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected, and the winemaking aims to keep the freshness and aroma of the fruit. The colour is a delicate pale pink. The nose is fresh, with strawberries and raspberries, floral touches and a subtle minerality. The palate is lively, with red fruit, citrus and a light herbal note, finishing clean and persistent. It works as an aperitif or alongside a range of summer dishes.
