Domaines Ott Château de Selle Côtes de Provence Rosé

Château de Selle Côtes de Provence Rosé comes from Domaines Ott, a Provence house founded in 1912. The vineyards sit on the inland hills, on limestone and clay soils, where Mediterranean sun is tempered by altitude. The blend uses Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Mourvèdre. It is aged in concrete and stainless steel tanks rather than wood, which keeps the fruit pure and the wine fresh. The colour is a pale, delicate pink. The nose shows fresh strawberry and raspberry, floral touches and a light minerality. The palate balances refreshing acidity with a silky texture, and the finish is long and mineral.
