Domaines Ott Cuvée Étoile Rosé

Cuvée Étoile Rosé is the Provence rosé from Domaines Ott, made mainly from Grenache and Cinsault. The winemaking starts with a short cold maceration, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation and ageing on fine lees. This gives the wine a soft, creamy texture while keeping its freshness. It is pale pink with bright reflections. The nose combines fresh strawberry and raspberry with rose, jasmine, citrus and a delicate mineral note. The palate is fresh and balanced, with red fruit, floral and citrus flavours leading to a long finish. It suits an aperitif, seafood, white meats and salads.
