Don Abraham Añejo Tequila (75cl)

Don Abraham Añejo is a tequila made from 100% organic blue agave, aged for a minimum of 14 months. The agave is grown organically by hand by Alvaro Montes and his son Marco, across more than 500,000 plants in Amatitán. Weeds are pulled by hand rather than sprayed, then left to decay into compost for fertiliser. The family believes that pesticides, herbicides and fungicides can affect flavour when the agaves are roasted, so the fields are kept free of them. The Don Abraham range is known for citrus, baking spices and black pepper.
