Don Abraham Blanco Tequila (75cl, 40%)

Don Abraham Blanco is a Mexican blanco tequila made from 100% organic blue agave, bottled at 40% abv in a 75cl bottle. The agave is farmed organically by hand in Amatitán by Alvaro Montes and his son Marco, free of pesticides, herbicides and chemicals. Weeds are pulled by hand and left to decay into compost for fertiliser. The Montes family tends more than 500,000 agaves this way, and believes chemical sprays can affect the flavour when the agaves are roasted. The tequila is made without diffusers, additives or sweeteners, and shows citrus, baking spices and black pepper.
