Don Abraham Extra Añejo is a tequila made from 100% organic blue agave and aged for three years in oak.
The agaves are grown by Alvaro Montes and his son Marco, across more than 500,000 plants in Amatitán. The family farms without pesticides, herbicides or chemicals. Weeds are pulled by hand and composted as organic fertiliser, and they believe chemical-free farming protects the flavour when the agaves are roasted.
