Don Abraham Reposado Tequila (75cl)

Don Abraham Reposado is a Mexican tequila made from 100% blue agave, rested for nine months in oak barrels. The agave is grown organically by hand by Alvaro Montes and his son Marco, with no pesticides, herbicides or chemicals. Weeds are pulled by hand and left to decay into compost, and the family believes chemical sprays can alter the flavour once the agave is roasted. Their plantings run to more than 500,000 plants around Amatitán. In the glass it leans towards citrus, baking spices and black pepper.
