Don Guido 20 Year Old PX is a sweet sherry from Jerez, made entirely from Pedro Ximénez grapes. It comes in a 50cl bottle at 18% vol.
The grapes are dried in the sun for 15 days before pressing, which gives the wine its concentrated sweetness. It is made in the classic Jerez style, with balance and depth, and carries a stated age of 20 years.
It is soft and easy to drink, with a remarkable fullness in the mouth. Serve it at room temperature or lightly chilled, as a dessert wine or poured over vanilla ice cream.
