Don Julio Añejo Tequila (70cl)

Don Julio Añejo is a tequila made from blue agave grown in the hills of Jalisco, Mexico. The agave is worked by hand under the personal care of the founder, and the spirit is distilled twice. It then rests for 18 months in American white oak casks, which gives a broad, enveloping spirit with pronounced spice and caramel character. Amber in the glass, it smells of red fruit, citrus, spice and caramel. The palate is warm, rich and robust, and the finish is long and spicy, with cooked agave, honey and a touch of caramel.
