Don Julio Rosado Reposado (70cl)

A reposado tequila from Don Julio with a bright appearance and light pinkish hues. The nose offers mature agave with subtle vanilla, white peach and toasted almond, plus a light sweet spice and delicate wood notes. On the palate it is soft and well balanced, with enveloping but controlled alcoholic warmth, roundness against freshness and discreet savouriness. The finish recalls salted caramel and white pepper with good persistence. It can be enjoyed neat or over a large ice cube, and pairs with flavourful seafood dishes, quality tacos or soft cheeses. It also suits contemporary cocktails that keep the agave profile without overpowering it.
