Don Zoilo 15 Year Old is an Oloroso sherry from Jerez, made by Williams & Humbert. The house was founded in 1877 by Alexander Williams with his brother-in-law Arthur Humbert, and today owns more than 350 hectares of vineyards in the Jerez area.
This Oloroso represents the dry style of sherry. It suits an aperitif served with nuts or olives, and also works with light meals and a range of desserts.
