Don Zoilo 15 Year Old is a dry Amontillado sherry from Jerez, bottled at 19%. It comes from Williams & Humbert, the house founded in 1877 by Alexander Williams and his brother-in-law Arthur Humbert.
Williams & Humbert owns more than 350 hectares of vineyards in the Jerez area and runs the largest bodega in Europe, with over 55,000 American oak casks used for sherry, brandy and rum. This Amontillado is suited to hors d'oeuvres, mature cheese, cured ham and chorizo.
