This is a 15 year old Pedro Ximénez sherry from Williams & Humbert, in a 75cl bottle at 18% vol. It represents the sweet style of sherry and suits the dessert course.
Williams & Humbert was founded in 1877 by Alexander Williams and his brother-in-law Arthur Humbert. The house owns over 350 hectares of vineyards in the Jerez area and keeps more than 55,000 American oak casks for ageing sherry, brandy and rum.
On the nose there are raisins and figs. The palate is very sweet, with low acidity.
