A rum from Barbados, distilled by traditional methods and aged under the Caribbean sun. It has an intense amber colour from ageing in oak casks previously used for bourbon. Aromas include vanilla, dried fruit, chocolate and exotic spices. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, balancing sugar cane sweetness with a light spicy vivacity.
