This is a single cask Dornoch single malt, distilled on 28 August 2017 and bottled in March 2022 at 4 years old. Cask 16 was a first-fill ex-Journeyman bourbon octave and produced 85 bottles, here in a 50cl bottle at 54.2%.
The make uses floor-malted Plumage Archer barley, Belgian Trappist brewer's yeast and a seven-day fermentation. The label artwork is by Hans Dillesse.
