A single cask Highland single malt from Dornoch, made from organic Plumage Archer barley. It was aged for five years in a first-fill bourbon octave filled in August 2017, then bottled in 2022 at 55.91% in a 50cl bottle.
Just 72 bottles were released, at natural colour and cask strength, without chill-filtration. The label carries a design by the artist Gavin Ryan Thomson.
