A dark rum from Williams & Humbert, aged first for five years in the Caribbean in former bourbon casks, then for a further three years in Jerez in former sherry casks. It has an intense amber colour.
The nose offers candied fruit, dark chocolate, vanilla and oak. The palate is soft and balanced, with sweet spice, hazelnut and a persistent finish recalling caramel and sweet tobacco.
