Double A Ambition & Achievements is a Texas straight bourbon, bottled at 47.5% ABV (95 proof) in a 750ml bottle.
The whisky is aged for four to five years in the Texas climate. Sweetness leads, then gives way to a savoury, gently spiced mid-palate that keeps the finish from becoming too sweet.
On the nose it is lightly toasted caramel, vanilla and warm oak. The palate brings savoury spice alongside smooth caramel and vanilla, and the finish is creamy and softly sweet, with lingering oak and gentle baking spice.
