Double A Appreciation & Atonement 6 Year Texas Straight Bourbon (75cl, 51.5%)

Double A Appreciation & Atonement is a Texas straight bourbon aged for 6 years and bottled at 51.5% (103 proof). Sweet oak and caramel come first, followed by a darker mid-palate of butterscotch and vanilla, with a subtle leathery note that shows as it opens. The nose is spicy caramel, toasted oak and warm vanilla. The palate has butterscotch and vanilla richness with a rounded sweetness, and the finish is long and layered, with hints of orange peel and soft leather.
