Double Barrel Islay & Highland is a blended malt Scotch whisky from Douglas Laing, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It joins two single malts, one from Islay and one from the Highlands, and is bottled without added colour and non-chill-filtered. The idea is contrast. Sweetness sits against smoke, honey against heat and citrus against spice. The label describes a subtle smoky sweetness meeting powerfully punchy peat.
