The whiskey is infused with flavouring in the style of raw dough: buttery vanilla, chocolate chip and sweet confection notes. It is built around dessert-like sweetness rather than traditional whiskey character, with little oak or grain showing. The nose is warm cookie dough, vanilla frosting and a hint of chocolate chips.
