Cameronbridge 45 Year Old is a single grain Scotch whisky bottled independently by Douglas Laing & Co. for its Xtra Old Particular 75th Anniversary Diamond Collection. It was distilled in January 1978 and bottled in July 2023 at a natural cask strength of 54.6%. All 45 years were spent in a single refill barrel, which yielded 98 bottles. The nose is sweet and buttery, with vanilla, warm toffee and ripe tropical fruit. On the palate, rich toffee and dried mango meet vanilla pod, golden syrup and cinnamon-spiced pastry. The finish is long and warming, with lingering sweetness, gentle spice and toasted oak.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
